PET ETIQUETTE

Be courteous to your neighbors. If you take your pet for a walk, bring a doggy bag and discard it in your own trash bin. Let's all do our part to keep our common spaces clean.

Any public view improvements must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to starting your project.

Please submit your request and allow enough time for the committee to respond, so your project isn't delayed.

There is a new request form in Documents and Downloads section to request an exception for one accessory vehicle per property.

Let's keep our neighborhood free from unsightly trailers, broken down vehicles, and clutter.

Please remove or properly store your trailers 72 hours after use.

Remember to turn off your back porch lights when you're done with your BBQ or letting the dog out.

These lights flood our neighbor's bedrooms while they are trying to catch some ZZZZ's.  

Be sure to check your post lamps periodically and keep them lit.
